The SVILA Clubhouse/Community Room is available for our members to rent for a variety of events, such as reunions, birthday celebrations, meetings, or any other reason you might need additional space.
To sign up to rent the Community Center, please fill out the request form. The SVILA Office will contact you to inform you if your request has been accepted and discuss deposits, cleaning and use expectations.

One of the perks of our premier private lake community is you can enjoy a day at our beach. You can put your toes in the sand, and swim in the roped-off swim area. Your kids can build sand castles or play on the playground equipment. You can even enjoy a picnic at the tables provided on-site.
Additional amenities include a small lending library of books (community-organized), public access Wi-Fi, and restrooms and showers located in the beach house facility.
A small parking area is available just across the road from the ramp, and a SVILA provided dock next to the beach area is available to tie up your boat.
Did you know, our private lake community boasts of its very own Sun Valley Sports Plex? Members and their guests can play pickle ball, enjoy tennis or basketball, and now a new shuffleboard court. For your convenience, SVILA has provided paddles and balls, located in a storage box courtside. These are limited quantities, so please use responsibly.
Equipment for shuffleboard play is also available, but must be coordinated through the SVILA Office. Please call the Office to gain access to the on-site shuffleboard equipment. Members using SVILA equipment will be responsible for its care and return in good condition, post-play!
