Sun Valley Lake is a private lake, managed by the Sun Valley Iowa Lake Association (SVILA). The Association has created and adopted a framework of rules and restrictions, related to and extending the original covenants and restrictions of the development and the application of Iowa Laws and Regulations.
The links found below provide access to current copies of many of the rules and restrictions monitored and followed by our Membership. This framework is intended to help sustain the safety, security, and economic value of the property that encompasses this development, as well as the safety and security of the members themselves.
Every current and new member of SVILA should make themselves familiar with these rules.
