Sun Valley Lake is a spring-fed, ~500 acre, private residential lake in Ringgold County, Iowa. It has approximately 16 miles of shoreline. Swimming, boating, fishing, a nine-hole golf course, pickleball/tennis, and shuffleboard courts are just some of the fun that awaits you. A sandy beach area with a beach house is also provided for members to enjoy.
If fishing is your pastime, you can anticipate catching walleye, bass, crappie, and bluegill - just to name a few! The Sun Valley Iowa Lake Association does have rules/limits on how many fish of each species may be caught in a day.
Sun Valley is also home to the Clubhouse Bar + Grille. Patrons can enjoy a nice meal while sitting on a new, outdoor deck and enjoying a great view of the lake.
