Sun Valley is a private/members only lake, with an active Homeowners Association.  If you are interested in purchasing property at the lake, please be sure to review the Association rules.  Additionally, interested newcomers to Sun Valley may contact Sun Valley Iowa Lake Association office by email at sunvalley@iowatelecom.net or by phone 641-772-4372 to obtain information.

For current Members, credentials are required to log into the Members Only Section.  For new members, you will be contacted by our Welcoming Committee for gifts and local information.
